Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized instruments to establish their needs and treatment goals.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and actively involve clients in the goal-setting process to enhance their engagement and ownership of their recovery journey.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and eating disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of managing diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
