Job Overview The Global CRO Business Operations team partners directly with the global sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning and projects, sales optimization, sales capacity management, and business operational support. In this senior role you will act as the go-to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders. Design and build executive‑level dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools to track KPIs. Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership. Enable and automate operational rhythms such as quarterly and monthly business reviews and annual planning by delivering high‑quality insights and visuals. Perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, market deep dives, white space). Create executive‑level presentations for local and global leadership reviews. Collaborate across functions, including finance, sales programs, operations, and product, to align on goals and inform key decisions. Partner with teams to standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for consistency across the organization. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues, propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes. Curiosity & Business Exploration – proactively understand the business behind the data, ask "why" and "what if", explore trends, anomalies, and white space. Results Orientation – project confidence while expressing thoughts clearly and convincingly. Knowledge Management – develop and facilitate practices that enable employees to create, use, and share information efficiently. Stakeholder & Executive Presence – strong executive presence with proven stakeholder and cross‑functional management experience. Qualifications 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy/business operations, or a highly analytical role with demonstrated experience in data analytics/business intelligence. Strong business acumen, passion for data and analytics, and in‑depth knowledge of sales‑related datasets/metrics. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; intermediate level of SQL, Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.), with interest to advance. Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority. Detail‑oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically. A "get‑it‑done" attitude with curiosity to explore and improve. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated against core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience). Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel/GSheet experience. Rich experience in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.). Outstanding problem‑solving skills: consistent track record of asking questions, structuring sophisticated problems, and developing solutions. Strong presentation skills, especially building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations. Resilient self‑starter with high motivation to go above and beyond and handle ambiguity. Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across functions. Flexibility, sense of urgency, and ability to adjust to new demands. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range: $123,100 – $186,300 annually (eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits). In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, salary ranges are $147,400 – $202,600 annually. Benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
