Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients, both in community settings and through virtual platforms, addressing issues related to major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Actively participating in team meetings, contributing to goal setting and collaboration, and promoting an integrated approach to care.
\n
• Engaging respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions.
\n
• Navigating the organizational and financial structures to provide the best possible outcomes for clients while adhering to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Developing and implementing integrated care plans, facilitating referrals to relevant services, and ensuring clear communication among clients, family members, and providers.
\n
• Conducting evidence-based screenings and assessments, determining necessary interventions, and providing timely feedback to clients.
\n
• Managing a caseload that includes performing assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy as needed.
\n
• Monitoring clients’ progress, ensuring that treatment plans are adapted to meet evolving needs, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of client data.

• Participating in on-call duties as assigned and contributing to committees dedicated to improving service delivery and clinical quality.

The clients served at Quest Wellness Center come from diverse and underrepresented groups, each facing a unique set of challenges in their mental health journey. As an LCSW, you will work with individuals experiencing significant emotional distress, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment methodologies, including crisis intervention and management.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
\n
• Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Competency in understanding developmental and specialty issues pertinent to each age group served.

Preferred Experience\n

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader range of clients. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth practices will also be advantageous in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
