Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment and care plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient, utilizing cutting-edge assessment tools and techniques.
• Utilize independent judgment and clinical expertise to implement effective treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Engage actively with patients, providing not only hands-on therapy but also educating them on their conditions and the rehabilitation process to foster understanding and compliance.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure best outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the broader healthcare team regarding patient progress, challenges, and holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population, including post-operative patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and age-related mobility issues. You will apply your knowledge of movement science to assess their unique strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to craft effective rehabilitation plans that inspire and motivate them during their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess a current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in physical therapy or a related setting.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Show a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Flexi Rise Physical Therapy Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
