• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify and document clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Lead individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to diverse client populations.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins, providing adjustments to treatment plans and interventions as needed.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care approaches and the best client outcomes.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing significant life transitions or crises and will be providing them with the necessary tools to navigate these complexities and foster resilience.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) within California.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
