This is a fully remote position within an outpatient office setting, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your personal needs. You will have the flexibility to set your schedule within standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of on-call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, guiding them toward improved mental health outcomes.

• Encourage open communication where clients can share their emotions and experiences, fostering deeper self-understanding and relationship insights.

• Act as a client advocate to help them articulate and pursue their personal therapy goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize digital health tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication to streamline the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults presenting a spectrum of mental health concerns that are low-acuity and stable. Our focus is on equipping clients with skills and strategies necessary for fostering resilience and emotional stability, facilitating their journey toward self-discovery and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Must hold an independent license in one of the following areas: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n

• Proficient computer literacy and experience with telehealth platforms are required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring your well-being is prioritized as well.
