Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and all relevant standards, ensuring accuracy in patient records and treatment claims.

• Participating actively in a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share insights, and devise comprehensive treatment strategies for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultation meetings, facilitating a collaborative approach to complex patient cases and ensuring the delivery of quality care.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health disorders and available treatment avenues.

• Staying updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, ensuring that your practice remains evidence-informed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and families grappling with a range of mental health issues, including addiction and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license for the state of Pennsylvania.
