Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ordering and keeping accurate inventory of office supplies and kitchen supplies.
• Distribute mail
• Participate in HR-related projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office support or customer service position preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Customer Service: Proven customer service skills with a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.
