To meet our aggressive goals and exceed corporate and OEM objectives, growing sales volumes to be number one position in our city, we need a top performing Manager with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, as well as the ability to train and motivate a team to become high performers.

Automotive sales management experience of at least 3 solid years and b e able to show written proven results to include customer satisfaction

The Role:

Drawing on your 3 or more years of experience in dealer management system , you will create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on creating traffic into the showroom. 

• Work with each salesperson, work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established
• Manage used car inventory
• Excellent telephone skills
• Manage used car reconditioning
• Strong closer for when taking a TO
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Perform one-on-ones with salespeople
• Knows how to build HIGH CSI
• Desk deals through Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite
• Build a rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business
