Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and their families.

• Providing therapy sessions for couples while also seeing each partner individually to address personal and relational issues.

• Specializing in various family-related concerns, such as alcohol abuse, grief, medical issues, conflicts among family members, and blended family challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited for individual and family therapy, ensuring that each session is impactful and directed towards client goals.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to a client's care and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient demographic includes diverse individuals and families, ranging from couples facing relationship challenges to children and adolescents navigating developmental issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with adults and younger populations, addressing issues like trauma, communication difficulties, and adjustments associated with separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We value experience and professionalism in our therapists. While newly licensed candidates are welcome, we also encourage applications from seasoned professionals who can bring valuable insights and established therapeutic techniques to our practice. Flexibility in availability, with the capability to work more than 30 hours a week, is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
