The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to meet patient needs and scheduling requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote growth and healing.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate educational and support groups that foster community, understanding, and shared experiences amongst participants dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, supporting patients during emergent mental health situations with professionalism and sensitivity.

• Educate clients about their conditions and empower them to take charge of their mental health journeys by discussing treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate patient records are available for reference and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will encounter clients contending with issues such as chronic anxiety, mood disorders, trauma history, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
