Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring flexibility while maintaining high standards of care. Our clinic embraces a collaborative culture, where therapists are encouraged to share insights, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs and preferences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate through their challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address issues like anxiety, depression, and substance use, promoting community support.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community, empowering them to take charge of their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and professional development efforts to enhance skill sets and contribute to team learning.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to apply best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. We prioritize a client-centered approach, recognizing the importance of individual experiences and cultural backgrounds in shaping mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and crafting coherent treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with telehealth technology.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
