Experienced Accountant $80,000-$90,000 base salary (depending on experience) La Vista, NE (4 days on-site, 1 remote) Perks and Opportunities Rapidly growing company, with high-growth opportunity Work-life balance, and team-oriented culture Responsibilities Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and delivering accurate financial results. Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity, investigate variances, and communicate key financial insights to leadership. Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies. Coordinate internal and external audit support by preparing documentation, responding to requests, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, and support business initiatives through operational enhancements.
