Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, taking into account their personal history, current concerns, and risk factors.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on addressing specific mental health challenges and promoting overall emotional health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to treat a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to foster personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that streamlines care and addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in mental health or educational settings.

• Proficient in conducting mental health evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and formulating appropriate intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
