We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the property's marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen its position as a premier Key West destination. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketing leader to make a measurable impact on the resort's commercial success. This role will also play a pivotal part in the resort's next chapter, leading the launch and activation of its refreshed brand identity across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints. The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, strengthen brand positioning, and support the overall commercial success of the hotel. Serving as a key member of the property's commercial team, this role translates business objectives, market insights, and performance data into actionable marketing strategies that generate measurable results. The Senior Marketing Manager partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, Food & Beverage, and corporate marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and drive demand across key customer segments and revenue streams. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially minded leader who takes ownership of marketing performance, challenges conventional thinking, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve results. Success is measured not simply by the execution of marketing initiatives, but by their ability to contribute to the hotel's revenue, profitability, market positioning, and long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Leadership Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the property's annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, revenue goals, brand positioning, and market opportunities. Serve as a strategic partner to property leadership, Revenue Management, and Sales to identify demand opportunities, address business needs, and develop targeted strategies that drive revenue and market share. Take ownership of marketing performance, proactively evaluating results and recommending strategic adjustments to improve effectiveness and return on investment. Develop strategies that support both short-term revenue needs and long-term brand growth. Contribute to commercial planning, forecasting, and business reviews by providing marketing insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. Integrated Marketing Strategy Direct integrated marketing strategies across paid media, organic search, social media, email, CRM, website content, public relations, partnerships, and other relevant channels. Develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive qualified demand, increase direct bookings, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to optimize channel performance, audience targeting, messaging, and marketing investments. Identify opportunities to grow business across key market segments, including leisure, group, local, food and beverage, and ancillary revenue streams. Analytics, Performance Measurement & Optimization Regularly analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, channel contribution, conversion performance, and return on marketing investment. Demonstrate accountability for results by proactively identifying performance gaps, adjusting strategies, and communicating progress against established goals. Brand Strategy Champion the property's brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and differentiated presence across all customer touchpoints. Develop compelling messaging, storytelling, and content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and customer preference. Identify strategic partnerships, experiences, and market opportunities that enhance the property's competitive positioning and support business objectives. Ensure brand initiatives contribute to both guest engagement and commercial performance. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years’ experience developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results, preferably within hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands. Experience managing digital marketing channels, agency partnerships, budgets, and integrated campaigns. Working knowledge of metasearch, paid search, sponsored listings, OTA advertising, email marketing, website content and performance reporting Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and ability to connect marketing decisions to revenue and profitability. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
