What you will do Lead end-to-end recruiting for union and management roles, grounded in deep expertise in collective bargaining agreements, labor considerations, and organizational standards. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders to align workforce needs, recruitment strategy, and approved staffing plans. Deliver a high-touch, equitable candidate experience while guiding evaluation, compensation alignment, offers, and pre-hire processes with care and precision. Strengthen recruiting outcomes through collaboration across People & Culture, DEI, and Labor Relations, leveraging technology, data, and continuous improvement to build sustainable talent pipelines. What you offer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive professional experience in talent acquisition. 10+ years of recruiting experience, including expertise in union environments. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions using data-driven insights. Proven ability to build diverse, equitable talent pipelines, collaborate with senior leaders and labor stakeholders, and meet all security, background, and compliance requirements, supported by advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
