Development Manager

My client is a privately held global developer, owner, and operator of modern power infrastructure, focused on delivering low‑carbon and renewable energy solutions across North America. With offices in Boston and Houston, they are continuing to grow their development platform and are seeking experienced professionals to support this expansion. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and/or acquisition of power generation projects, supporting critical infrastructure tied to AI, data centers, and long‑term energy transition goals. Responsibilities Lead projects from initial development through financial close Manage site negotiations, permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement Oversee commercial agreements, financing, construction, and operational contracts Coordinate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and internal teams Evaluate new development and acquisition opportunities and participate in bid processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in energy, development, or related fields Strong negotiation, communication, and project leadership skills Solid commercial and financial acumen Ability to travel as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
