We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Acquisition Specialist to become the face of our company. Position Summary As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for converting company-generated seller leads into signed purchase agreements. You’ll receive motivated seller leads through our Resimpli CRM, contact homeowners, travel throughout Central Florida for in-person appointments, evaluate properties, negotiate directly with sellers, and secure profitable real estate deals. This is an outside sales position. You should expect to spend much of your week driving to appointments, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and building relationships that lead to signed contracts. Your success will directly impact the growth of Arena Homebuyers, and you'll be rewarded accordingly through uncapped commissions. Seller Appointments Meet with homeowners throughout Central Florida for scheduled appointments. Build rapport and establish trust with motivated sellers. Conduct professional walkthroughs of residential properties. Understand each homeowner's unique situation and goals. Present cash offers and creative purchasing solutions. Answer seller questions and overcome objections. Property Analysis Evaluate property condition. Determine After Repair Value (ARV). Calculate offers that meet Arena Homebuyers' investment criteria. Present opportunities to management for final approval when necessary. Negotiation & Contracting Negotiate purchase price and terms directly with homeowners. Follow up with leads until a decision is made. Secure signed purchase agreements. Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth closings. Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout every transaction. You'll be expected to keep an organized and accurate sales pipeline using Resimpli CRM. Responsibilities include Managing assigned seller leads. Updating notes after every call and appointment. Tracking appointment outcomes. Maintaining accurate property information. Ensuring no motivated seller falls through the cracks. Keeping management informed on deal progress. Weekly Performance Expectations Respond to new seller leads promptly. Attend scheduled appointments throughout Central Florida. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects. Submit offers daily. Secure signed contracts. Meet weekly sales and KPI goals. Work closely with the Arena team to continuously improve performance. Qualifications Required Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to build trust quickly Strong organizational skills Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Valid Florida driver's license Reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida Preferred Wholesale or fix-and-flip knowledge CRM experience (Resimpli preferred) Understanding of ARV, comparable sales, and repair estimates What Success Looks Like Meet with homeowners every week throughout Central Florida. Work independently while remaining accountable to company goals. $24,000 per year Commission Uncapped commission paid on every closed acquisition.
