About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based occupational therapy.
You will work closely with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and therapy needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living, mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge recommendations accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs.
Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Washington or eligibility for licensure.
Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current CPR/BLS certification, if required.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients of varying ages, conditions, and functional abilities.
Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
