Area Superintendent

Overview We seek an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial, residential, and heavy civil construction projects across Colorado, Arizona, and Florida. The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and coordination with project managers and subcontractors. Responsibilities Lead field operations from mobilization to project completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Implement the contractor’s safety program and integrate it into all site plans and procedures. Supervise and mentor crew teams, including cabling/telecommunication technicians, crew managers, and subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers to develop and monitor project schedules and resource allocations. Conduct daily site inspections, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution to maintain progress. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of progressive construction management experience, preferably in multi‑family, commercial, mechanical, or civil projects. Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects with strong safety, quality and cost‑control record. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead diverse teams. Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and contractual requirements. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed for national or regional projects.
