Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy services, tailoring interventions based on client needs and progress.

• Supervise and mentor practicum students and emerging therapists by delivering weekly supervision sessions aimed at supporting their professional growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop interdisciplinary treatment strategies, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in active case management, including the development and execution of personalized treatment plans.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans meticulously, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices in therapy, adapting methods as needed to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Professional liability insurance to practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a supervisory role or in providing mentorship to less experienced professionals in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and expertise.
