Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to create individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs, goals, and medical histories.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and functional performance, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a diverse patient caseload, providing compassionate care and consistent follow-ups to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Inspire and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey by setting realistic milestones and celebrating achievements.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions tailored to each patient, explaining the purpose and expected outcomes of each intervention.
• Document all interactions, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring optimal patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
• Conduct regular evaluations of patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on evidence and patient feedback.
• Advocate for holistic wellness approaches that promote not just recovery, but overall health, including preventative strategies and self-care practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
