Line cook
Torsap Thai Kitchen
Responsibilities are but not limited to: Station Setup & Stocking: Prepare and stock workstation with all necessary ingredients, tools, and supplies before service. Food Preparation: Chop, mix, season, and prepare ingredients for dishes. Cooking: Execute orders by grilling, frying, sautéing, etc., adhering to recipes and quality standards. Plating & Service: Assemble and plate dishes for timely delivery to servers, ensuring presentation. Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, equipment, and surfaces, following health codes. Inventory & Waste Control: Monitor and report on food levels, store items properly, and minimize waste. Teamwork: Communicate effectively and work with other kitchen staff (chefs, servers). Skills Professional, respectful and responsible conduct Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Ability to work well with others Good verbal communication skills Organizational skills Benefits One employee meal per shift, employee discount (restrictions may apply).
