Director of Member Experience & Growth
YMCA of Metro Atlanta
The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a results-driven Member Experience Director to lead a branch’s member acquisition and engagement plans. You will coordinate across departments to deliver a first-in-class member experience, develop retention strategies, and manage budgets and staff to drive growth. You will report to the Executive Director and contribute to the annual fundraising campaign and special events while upholding the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of Metro Atlanta
