Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 06/23/2026 End Date/Duration: 6 months Shift: Days, Monday – Friday Hours per Week: Full-time schedule Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licensure/Certifications: Licensure in NJ required; BLS/ACLS as per standard Experience: Prior gynecology surgery experience; robotic surgery experience preferred Patient Demographics: Adult women Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide first assist coverage for gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures Support surgical teams in the inpatient OR setting Ensure compliant documentation and adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver high-quality patient care Assist with patient preparation as needed before procedures Track and document surgery details accurately in Cerner/Oracle EMR Travel reimbursements provided for approved travel to Atlantic City and Pomona facilities What You Need Valid New Jersey medical license or eligibility First Assist certification, with robotic surgery experience preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gynecological surgery Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced inpatient setting Strong communication and organizational skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City and Pomona as they seek experienced APPs to support Gynecology Surgery services.
