A growing real estate development platform is seeking a Director of Construction & Development to join its entrepreneurial Miami team. This individual will play a key role delivering a portfolio of ground-up residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across South Florida, working directly with ownership and senior leadership. We're looking for someone who can: Lead major high-rise projects from pre-construction through delivery. Drive budgeting, pricing, procurement, scheduling, and execution. Manage architects, consultants, contractors, and development partners. Navigate the unique development and construction landscape within the City of Miami. Contribute beyond construction, bringing a broader understanding of development, entitlements, and project economics. Thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment where initiative and accountability are valued. Requirements: Strong pre-construction and cost management expertise along with a passion for delivering projects. Background with a leading developer, owner, CM, or GC...
