Production Coordinator Radwell International LLC | Production Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Production Coordinator position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on-time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses:
• Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being Repaired
• Awaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts Ordered
• QA Further Evaluation / BER Evaluation
• Enhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectations
• Ensure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required
• Manage follow-up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action
• Assist with data research and fact-finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking
• Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to three years of related experience and/or training
• Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus

Physical Demands

• Occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds

Compensation & Commission The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18–$20 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
