Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that address each client's specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care and integrated support to clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Continuously pursue professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations pertaining to counseling practices is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is the minimum, applicants with additional specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, and family or couples therapy will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on the caseload.
