The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations on-site in Detroit, MI. You will assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen, guiding a culinary team, and delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. Responsibilities include menu planning, recipe creation, inventory and cost control, and staff training to uphold Marriott standards and high-volume performance.
