Receptionist Location: Toms River, NJ Company: Headway Services Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Wiggle Room Play center in Toms River, NJ. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming mail and deliveries. Handle sales. Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling events and birthday parties. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, restocking supplies and inventory. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
