Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. You will operate out of our outpatient office when necessary, combining virtual care solutions with in-person encounters. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a stable work-life balance while engaging in fulfilling therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting interventions based on individual progress and feedback.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to promote informed decision-making and self-advocacy.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, utilizing data to modify treatment plans and approaches as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n
