Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy and family counseling sessions via secure online platforms, while developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, ensuring accurate documentation and insurance review notes to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and participating in discharge planning to enhance cohesive care strategies.

• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions as required, creating a nurturing space for clients and their families to explore challenges together.

• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, to discuss case strategies and align on holistic and patient-centered care approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage progress, provide emotional support, and maximize client engagement throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to working with a diverse range of clients, particularly adolescents and young adults. As you develop therapeutic relationships during these critical developmental stages, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma that adolescents often encounter.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT licensure in California or multiple states, showcasing a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, providing individual and family therapy.

• Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic therapeutic modalities that engage clients holistically.

• Familiarity with Evidence-Based Treatments (EBTs) such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
