Contract Specialist

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the administration, processing, and management of contracts, agreements, and business partner onboarding activities. This role will serve as a critical link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring contractual documentation is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys managing complex workflows while delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Review, process, and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate the onboarding and setup of new business partners, customers, and vendor relationships
• Act as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Track agreement statuses and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements and approvals
• Maintain accurate records within CRM, contract management, and document management systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and implementation of contractual agreements
• Work directly with external partners to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding items
• Monitor contract compliance requirements and ensure documentation remains current
• Process updates, amendments, renewals, and changes associated with existing agreements
• Maintain electronic files and ensure proper recordkeeping practices
• Research and resolve contract-related issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
• Assist with training, workflow coordination, and special projects as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, contracting, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in contract administration, contract management, onboarding, operations, compliance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms, contract management systems, or document management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners
