Front Desk / Patient Check-In Coordinator

Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Solon Smiles is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Patient Check-In Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect copays and patient payments
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and information
- Support the front office team with daily administrative tasks
- Help create a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dental or front desk experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and be a team player
