Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using established best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients coping with various mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely progress towards their treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records compliant with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients, actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Educate and support patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 83,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
