Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to assess and treat mental health conditions efficiently.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each client, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, enhancing peer support and shared experiences among clients, fostering a sense of community.

• Regularly assessing client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, attending to clients in acute distress to facilitate immediate and effective assistance.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build solid therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficient in the use of technology for remote therapy sessions and electronic documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
