Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments tailored to the geriatric population, recognizing the complexity of factors such as cognitive health, physical limitations, and social circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient care and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
