Facilities Operations CoordinatorBethlehem, PA Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm $20About the RoleJoin a leading multi-site manufacturing organization as a Maintenance & Facilities Operations Coordinator. This full-time role serves as the central operational link for preventive maintenance and facilities programs across multiple locations. You will coordinate documentation, scheduling, and vendor management to ensure seamless equipment uptime, facility standards, and cross-functional administrative support nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack equipment run-hours, manage preventive maintenance (PM) documentation, and coordinate scheduling across multiple plant locations in collaboration with PM Planners and Operations Leadership.Manage relationships and service delivery with national and regional vendors, including HVAC, building systems, security, waste management, and facility grounds keeping.Serve as the primary administrative contact for key equipment manufacturers (OEMs), managing claims, specialist scheduling, calibration records, and equipment upgrade requests.Issue and track purchase orders within the ERP system, maintain precise financial/procurement records, and train plant personnel on purchase order workflows.Oversee site uniform programs, manage inventory transfers for facility supplies, administer time-clock systems, and maintain internal site communications displays.Organize weekly operational meetings, compile and distribute updates, track key performance metrics, and ensure transparent communication across cross-functional teams.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of administrative, operational, or coordination experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities setting.Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365) and purchase order tracking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong capabilities in Excel.Proven track record in vendor management and multi-site service coordination.Exceptional organizational, time management, and documentation skills.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or structured preventive maintenance programs.Prior work experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environments.Experience interacting directly with industrial equipment OEMs and technical vendors.BenefitsMedical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday Pay
