Sales & Marketing Director

Charter Senior Living of West Bend – West Bend, WI
Base Pay: Starting at $75,000 + Bonus Potential

Are you someone who can connect with families emotionally and still drive results?

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Director who can balance empathy, urgency, and disciplined follow-up to consistently convert leads into move-ins.

This is not a passive sales role—you’ll own the full sales cycle and be accountable for occupancy growth.

What You’ll Own

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth for the community

• Manage the full sales funnel : inquiry → tour → follow-up → deposit → move-in

• Conduct high-impact tours that connect emotionally and build urgency

• Execute consistent, structured follow-up strategies

• Overcome objections and guide families through decision-making

• Build and maintain local referral relationships (hospitals, rehab, physicians, etc.)

• Plan and execute community events and outreach initiatives

• Track leads, activity, and results in CRM/ATS systems

• Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to align sales and operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with closing responsibility (senior living strongly preferred)

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/occupancy goals

• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management

• Ability to build trust quickly and handle emotional conversations

• Comfortable asking for the commitment and closing the sale

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Professional presence and strong communication skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary starting at $75,000

• Bonus potential tied to occupancy and performance
