Provide vital education for patients and their families to foster development beyond the clinical environment.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing seamless therapeutic continuity.

Maintain thorough and precise documentation in compliance with relevant laws and health regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development through education initiatives and collaborative learning with colleagues.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days post-hire.

Strong command of evidence-based treatment practices, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to fit varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
