Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to accurately assess clients' needs, identifying presenting issues and evaluating their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, effectively addressing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and shared learning amongst clients with similar experiences and challenges.

• Respond adeptly to crises, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure the wellbeing of clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, document therapy sessions, and coordinate communications with relevant parties including insurance providers and other healthcare professionals.

• Uphold professional ethical standards and codes of conduct, ensuring client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate boundaries at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
