Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify needs and challenges, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and their family.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as an active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, making necessary adjustments to intervention strategies based on feedback and result measures.

• Engage with families, providing education, resources, and hands-on support to enhance child development and address any concerns.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching to create engaging and productive interactions.
\n
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all practices.

• Develop strong rapport with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children with disabilities or developmental delays, especially those under the age of three. Our services aim to address their developmental, physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication needs through early intervention strategies. We focus on enhancing the families' capacity to support their child's growth in a holistic and nurturing manner, leveraging natural learning environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with a valid Florida license from the Department of Public Health.

• An active LCSW designation is mandatory for this position.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with children in early intervention contexts.

• A valid driver's license is required for any potential client outreach.
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
