Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Acapulco Community Health Services, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and providing individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of diverse age groups and backgrounds.

• Utilizing electronic record-keeping systems to ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessment findings, and therapeutic progress notes.

• Creating and scheduling follow-up appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to facilitate continuity of care for clients.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients exhibiting diverse clinical presentations.

• Working closely with our billing service to manage claims, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate payment plans with clients.

Our clients vary widely and may include individuals and couples seeking assistance for a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in navigating complex emotional landscapes will be critical in facilitating therapeutic breakthroughs and fostering recovery.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Texas.

• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
