Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize our professional billing service to streamline claims processing, manage client accounts receivable, and carry out benefit eligibility checks.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring that all necessary notes and records are up-to-date for compliance and continuity of care.

• Effectively manage your appointment calendar, scheduling all ongoing client sessions and ensuring accessibility for clients seeking support.
\n
• Assess and address a wide range of clinical presentations, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on each client's unique needs and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individual in this role will focus on serving a diverse client population within a hospice center, working with individuals and couples facing end-of-life challenges. Your work will involve providing emotional support, helping clients navigate grief and loss, and equipping them with coping mechanisms to handle their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Social Work or related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.
