Applicant Services Coordinator

Full-Time Position in Office

Salary Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Applicant Services Coordinator provides administrative and customer service support throughout the affordable housing application process. This position serves as a primary point of contact for applicants, maintains accurate records, and assists the leasing and compliance teams with daily operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to applicant and tenant inquiries by phone, email, mail, and in person.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining paper and electronic records.
• Assist applicants with required forms and documentation.
• Maintain accurate applicant files and databases.
• Communicate professionally with applicants, residents, staff, and outside agencies.
• Provide support for special projects and other departmental needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Slack.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
