Who are we looking for? The role of the Business Development Manger is to drive strategic growth by identifying, evaluating, and launching new business segments and entering untapped markets. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s future footprint and revenue streams through innovative go-to-market strategies and partnerships. What will you be doing? Market Analysis & Strategy Development Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes (supported by the Business Intelligence team) supporting LoB strategies. Opportunity Identification & Validation Identify high-potential opportunities aligned with company capabilities and strategic goals. Validate opportunities through customer interviews and data-driven insights (VOC) Identify key customer targets Beta site project management and NPD support Evaluate Beta site candidate and lead the process until the validation of the results Go-to-Market Execution Lead cross-functional teams to launch new offerings, including product, marketing, sales, and operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and resource allocation to go after identified key customer targets Support sale process management at targeted customers Stakeholder Engagement Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making. Global Strategic Accounts Management Lead GSA strategic plan and coordinate global HQ project Best business practices deployment Significant travel required - approximately 60% Who are You? Proven experience in business development, market expansion, and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and management skills. Experience in launching new products or entering new segments is a plus. Experience managing sales/business development at direct accounts in B-to-B environment. Experience of managing complex sale projects with multitude of stakeholders. Some technical expertise in areas like Anti Corrosion, Wear Resistance coatings, Deco/PoP, Watercare/PET recycling, Steel applications,… What competencies will you need?
