Job Description - Banquet Sous Chef - Hilton Anatole (HOT0CJAW) Job Location Hilton Anatole, 2201 North Stemmons Freeway Dallas 75207 Job Overview Hilton Anatole seeks a Banquet Sous Chef to assist the banquet team in planning and overseeing operations while ensuring efficiency alongside our culinary team. Requirements Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in high-volume culinary operations and current food trends. Strong training and team development skills. Positive hospitality leadership approach. Responsibilities Assist the Banquet Chef in planning and oversight of all culinary operations: preparation, production, food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, compliance with regulations. Implement policies and procedures to control costs and ensure profitability. Create and implement menus for special banquet themes and events based on food trends and regional tastes. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards across all functions. Monitor and develop team performance: supervise, counsel, schedule, assign work, recognize and reward achievements. Desired Qualities Hospitality – passion for exceptional guest experiences.
