Join a global, FS-focused boutique search firm with a serious platform across insurance, asset & wealth management, private banking, and fintech. Highly credible brand, fully retained model, and a clear mandate to grow technology. We're hiring a senior Technology recruiter (Principal / Partner) to own and scale the FS tech practice in the US. Impact and Earnings Typical producers bill $300K–$500K+ and are coached to reach $1M+ Half of Associates earned $200K+ last year — upside is real, not theoretical Commission is heavily leveraged to production; model is designed for originators, not passengers What You'll Own Build and lead a technology desk focused on senior mandates (e.g. CTO and adjacent tech leadership) for banks and fintechs Originate and run fully retained searches end-to-end: brief, scorecarding, market mapping, process design, and close Leverage an established FS platform: cross-sell tech into existing insurance, wealth, and banking relationships Work closely with a senior leader in LA who co-runs the US business and is focused on growth and BD Over time, shape the proposition and, where justified, build a team around your book What Sets This Apart Real platform: brand, infrastructure, and global FS relationships already in place CEO actively focused on taking $300K–$500K billers to $1M+; this is a stated, active priority Office-centric culture across NY / LA / Chicago / Kansas City / West Palm Beach / Vermont, with flexibility for very senior hires Open to team moves where there is a coherent business case and portable relationships You’ll Thrive Here If You Have A proven track record as a producer/originator in technology recruitment, ideally with some FS / fintech exposure Personal billings in the $300K–$500K+ range and genuine appetite to scale to $1M+ Evidence of generating business from scratch — not just servicing PSLs or inherited accounts Comfort operating in a retained, advisory model with senior stakeholders Willingness to be office-based in NY or LA (4 days/week); remote only considered for exceptional, senior profiles Compensation and Upside Commission: highly leveraged structure designed for originators Clear path to build a practice and, where performance supports it, a team and broader leadership remit #J-18808-Ljbffr Luck & Leverage
