Location: West River Haven | 185 Old Ferry Road | Brattleboro, VT 05301 Job Type: Full time Salary $50,000 Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent client service and administrative support within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. High School Diploma or equivalent required Must possess a valid Vermont Driver’s License Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening Must pass criminal background check investigation Flexibility to work overtime as required. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
