This position will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing telemedicine tools. However, our outpatient office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is designed with modern facilities should you choose to meet clients in person. You will receive full administrative support and have access to the latest digital technology to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner to explore complex dynamics and foster dialogue.

• Addressing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

\n
• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss issues
\n
• Conflict resolution between family members and siblings
\n
• Managing job stress and medical issues affecting clients
\n
• Navigating blended families and the complexities of remarriage
\n
• Supporting individuals through separation and divorce, including adjustment to these life changes
\n
• Facilitating better communication practices among family members
\n
\n
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of your clients.

• Regularly assessing patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on both adults and children/adolescents, working to empower families through evidence-based practices and empathetic support. Qualifications\n
